Atlantik Body Care Ireland Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Atlantik Body Care Ireland, we are dedicated to providing you with premium natural skincare products designed to nourish and protect your skin. We stand by the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist. Please read our refund policy to understand the steps for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund:

Contact Us First – Email info@atlantikbodycare.ie within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the return.

Return the Product – To qualify, return the product in its original packaging. A reasonable amount of product must remain (at least 50% full). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business daysShipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Conditions:

Satisfaction Guarantee Applies to First-Time Purchases Only – Multiple refunds for the same product will not be processed.

Products Must Be at Least 50% Full – Nearly empty or fully used products may not be eligible for a refund.

Bulk Orders (3+ of the Same Item) Are Excluded – Unless defective, bulk purchases cannot be refunded.

We Reserve the Right to Deny Refunds for Policy Abuse – We actively monitor return activity. If we determine a refund request violates our policy, we may refuse the refund at our discretion.

Returns Without Prior Approval Will Not Be Processed – Customers must contact us before returning an item.

 

3. Standard Returns (Outside of 30-Day Guarantee)

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items under the standard return policy.

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items, including custom orders, gift cards, and items marked as final sale, are non-returnable.

 

4. Refunds

Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued in certain situations, such as for items not in their original condition or items damaged due to reasons not attributable to Atlantik Body Care Ireland.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after checking with your bank, contact us at info@atlantikbodycare.ie.

 

5. Exchanges

Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was an error in your order. For exchanges, please email us at info@atlantikbodycare.ie within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out a replacement. Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

 

6. Shipping Returns

Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

7. Gifts

Gift Items: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Gift Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Natural Products: We believe in the effectiveness of our natural skincare products. If you experience any adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We may offer a refund or exchange for products that cause irritation, subject to our review.
